(NEW) REDTIGER Front Rear 4K/2.5K Full HD Dash Camera

Did anybody else get the wrong model? Shows F7NP, but. I got the F7N. I asked Customer Service to send the correct model and had one follow up email, but crickets ever since.

You are luckier than me. I did not even get a Redtiger. Got some random other brand that appears to be lower cost. Having to send in photos of what I received. Will see what happens.

Damn, that’s not good either. I did just get a response that they are working on sending out the correct model.

Cannot make this up. Woot said they sent me a replacement Redtiger F7NP camera, but when it arrived it was another cheaper, random brand camera with a piece of torn plastic shrink wrap and barcode off of a Redtiger camera. After emails and phone calls they will not allow me to speak with a customer service supervisor, refuse to fulfill the order and want me to spend my time going to UPS to return the literal crap they sent. It makes me question if this was some type of a scam. And now they say they no longer have any product after sending me the wrong thing twice. Said they will make me whole by issuing a refund after I take my time to go to UPS and return the crap they sent. Poor performance and even poorer customer service. Shame on you Woot. And shame on me from buying from Woot.

Looks like the Amazon warehouse near you has inventory mixed up so they’re going to keep sending you the wrong item.

Thanks for responding. So, to be clear, from what I am reading there is no way to get what I ordered? Is there a way to get it corrected through Amazon?

We don’t have much luck trying to get things corrected. The most they MIGHT do is remove the bad inventory but that doesn’t mean they’ll find the correct inventory. However, our inventory is now depleted.
