If these are new, why dont they have a manufacturer’s warranty, which is 1 year from the mothership if you pay MSRP?
This price point plus 90 days smells like renewed/refurb.
Various reasons like uncertain if the manufacturer will honor the warranty to we can get a better deal if we carry the warranty.

WARNING: These may be the international version which means if you live in the U.S. , Samsung will not honor the warranty. Better to just buy on Samsung website for $69.99. I got a Honey/PayPal rebate of $13.50 for doing so
