This 65" seems like a pretty good deal. Did woot have this same tv on one of the daily deals a couple weeks ago?

Samsung doesn’t have dolby vision on their tvs. Hard pass for me.

Did anyone buy it and know the exact part number? Im looking for one of these with a QD OLED panel, but its inpossible to tell since they only listed half a part number and their support is closed. Ill buy elsewhere if I cant figure it out today.

Yeah. It just brings me to samsung’s page but not to a specific product. Just looking for full part number.

Is the item actually new? Or does this mean its a refurb? Power supply board has been replaced by Samsung

Yes, Samsung took the units back and replaced with new TVs with the board replaced. They are 100% in new condition from factory.

Just received the TV yesterday. The unit I received must have not been repaired, as it has the power board issue of having audio, but no picture. Worse yet, the warranty is show as expiring this month!

I think there may have been a pretty serious issue with this listing or products. Not only are they defective, but potentially used with expiring warranties. Really sad, I’ve been a member of woot for like 20 years now, wouldn’t expect to have a purchase like this.

Thanks, but I’ve gotten two emails now from them saying they’ll give me a partial refund or a return label to return the item. It’s 77" and had to be delivered on a truck, there’s no way I can actually return it myself. Is there any way you can have it escalated to an actual person to look at the contents of my email and look at the item itself?

I’m in the same boat. Just arrived today, audio plays (music and accessibility prompt), no logo, no picture, panel doesnt get warm. Also 20+ yrs w/woot :frowning:

Holding fire on resubmitting due to the cautionary note on the contact page, but I’m also conscious of the 77” paperweight that’s always in my field of vision :face_holding_back_tears:.

If you mean an automated reply that your ticket was received: Woot’s system doesn’t do that.

Mine arrived today. TV clicks when trying to turn on. No display. Very disappointed.
