Did you try re pairing them? Usually it’s turn both buds off. Place them in the charger then remove them.

So far these have been great! Went to order another pair for someone for Christmas but only one per customer I guess. I do not see where it tells anyone that.

If anyone is using this on Android. There is a EQ profile for these pair in the app Wavelet. My main reason to purchase these, as my old mpow pair stopped reading the charger
