It is fall. Today I am running a heater and I just found this neck warmer. On one picture it says “Winter is coming”. True, and I like my neck warm. I looked at the price and jumped at this deal - almost.
During detailed review of the specs I discovered that this amazing gizmo can, within just one sec. make me feel 30 degrees cooler. Just what I will need in the winter, right?
Not a word in the specs about warming my neck - not even by one degree in 30 seconds.
