Can this connect externally to Bluetooth speakers or is the Bluetooth only for incoming connections?

Pretty sure the BT is input only. There’s this:

You may want to check the recent reviews on this. They’re not great. If you just have records that are in rough shape that you want to play, this may be alright. Otherwise I would look elsewhere. In general, these types of suitcase style turntables are low-quality, mass marketed junk that have a poor reputation for wearing out your records prematurely.
Isn’t excessive wear more a function of the phono cartridge? I wonder if it would be worth upgrading the cartridge… Not saying the reproduction would automatically be upgraded, but it should help re wear to the album.
I see a hole in the back of the unit. What’s the purpose of it? Seems as though it would just be an avenue for dust to enter.
The only hole which I see, is the AUX port on the front.
