So if you order 2 of the same product @ 10am on a Tuesday and spend the extra $48 on next day shipping, is it really supposed to come on Friday?
Hi there. Only items shipping from Amazon are eligible for express shipping. You’re paying for faster shipping only. There’s still the time to process and pull/pack the order. Then the item will be shipped via the selected express shipping type.
There will be an estimated arrival date when you place the order.
The items were received today, thank you.
Aren’t all items shipped from Amazon or a warehouse bearing a portion of the Amazon moniker, since Woot is a wholly owned subsidiary of them, and marketed as Amazon deals too good to pass up? If not, I will have to reconsider using Woot, since Amazon clearly spells out my shipping before my purchase is made, and I know what to expect.
However, giving three different shipping options while labeling a shipping option as next day then spelling out parameters after the fact for said option being charged is deceptive in nature. It gives Woot an out of displaying 3 days worth of shipping after the sale is made. It shouldn’t be an option if it will not be the next day in practice, and displayed as such in the dashboard, even with giving a day of sorting through the order itself.
Nevertheless, thank you for the kind reply. My rant is done!
we ship from many places - Amazon fulfillment centers, direct from our vendors, our own Woot warehouse, etc.
Noted, and now fully understood. Thank you.
