So I currently pull a chain to open my garage door, do you think this can help me out?
I bought one of these off Woot last month. It works pretty well and wasn’t too difficult to install. I bought it mainly to remind me when someone forgets to close the garage door, which it has done several times already.
I can give a thumbs up on this one. I bought one from woot over the x-mas holidays. Works like a champ!
Not unless you have a garage door opener. This is just a wifi remote control for one.
Do your old openers continue to function after you have installed this?
Yep, your opener will also continue to operate as before. This just simulates the button push to open/close the door.
I would hope that this could work on more than one garage door, but I don’t see any indication of that. Is that possible? That would seem like a basic function, many people have at least 2 garage doors.
I have an old garage door opener, I have to get out and open it by the main button on the wall inside the garage. And there are no remotes. Will this work?

Also you can probably get new remotes if you search the web for your make and model of opener. Replacements usually aren’t too expensive.
You’ll need one for each door, but both can be used through the same app.
I highly recommend this. I bought one at the $80 price from Woot maybe a year ago and love it. Note that this is the gen 1 unit with the wired door sensor. There is a newer model that has a wireless door sensor, but will also cost more.
