Imagine my embarrassment when In-Laws opened box/gift and item was dented and had broken pieces as well as no instructions or baking sheets?
Hi there. Refurbished items usually don’t include instructions. Open box can be missing some items but the dent, not good.
Reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
