My Ninja was delivered this morning. It was filthy. There is no way this was tested before being sent out. If Woot is sending items out like this, I’m done.
After sending an email to customer service (no reply) I cleaned the unit, downloaded the manual. Plugged it in and the clean light is lit. I’ll go through a clean cycle. No dice, stops after a few seconds. Tried a brew cycle, no go, just beeps. Contacted Ninja, they said the unit is defective and send it back to Woot.
I’m pissed.
