While this sounds like a great deal, I received a defective item a few days ago. The oven had physical damage on one side, and that may have caused a buggy screen and the top oven does not work at all.
After submitting 2 customer support tickets about it in the last ~48 hours, I haven’t heard back about potentially receiving a replacement. I figured that maybe I just got a dud, and I’ll be luckier next time.
This is so disappointing! I usually love everything I get from woot, and this is the first bad experience I’ve had so far!
Replies can take 24-48 hours to be received depending on the backlog, but sending multiple tickets creates a bigger backlog, and can put tickets at risk of being marked as duplicates.
