I bought this at a slightly higher price in 2019 and it is my most used kitchen counter appliance. It is everything that Ninja promises. Makes great pressure cooked and air fried dishes. It really shines when you use the two functions together. Pressure cooked mac-n-cheese with a melted cheesy top, delish. Also easy to clean. 5 out of 5 stars from this wooter.
I too bought one of these in 2019 and it lasted about 6 months before the pressure cooker feature stopped working. it would not recognize that the pressure cooker lid was in place. I think the real problem was that the air fryer lid sensor stopped working and the unit could not see that the air fryer lid was in the up position. When you raise the air fryer lid while it is cooking, it is supposed to stop the fan and pause cooking, but mine stopped doing that and it just kept going when you raised the lid. When it worked, it was a good unit, but it did not last.
I used to be a big Ninja fan, but three of the four Ninja products I have purchased have failed. One was replaced under warranty and it too failed. They all had switch/sensor issues.
