All the reviews are for the ig601 model with no temperature probe, is it certain I’m getting the ig651 smart?

I’ve received the IG601 model instead of the IG651. Was wondering if others are having the same issue?

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Received the IG601 instead of the IG651, after using it couple of times and then was like, where the hell is the thermometer… ? I already knew before I even checked the box afterwards. Guess what’s getting sent back.

Same here, got the IG601 not the IG651. I have already put in an email to customer support. The “Call Us” has not been working all day. Very disappointed.

If you take a moment to read what’s posted prior commenting or posting question(s), you can see that you’re not alone–also note solution for identical issue posted twice in this thread.
Woot! has never left me hanging when there’s a product defect or any other problems.
I know it’s a hassle and frustrating when things don’t work out, believe me I do!
Everything we buy in the US online or retail in-person (Walmart, Amazon, etc) is now sourced from China almost exclusively–While not a recent change in manufacturing location, definitely seems to have significant decline re: quality/QA over last few years.

Hi all. We’ve figured out the issue with these orders and it affects everyone. We are working on a resolution. You’ll get an email with CS with some options but it will likely be next week since we’re already late on a Friday.
