No response from support on return request

I’ve attempted to contact support on a return of an item received and after 3 days I’ve received no response. I can’t use the self service return option since it contains a battery and it says support must be contacted. I’ve emailed multiple times and checked my spam folder.

What do I need to do?

  1. Emailing multiple times without them being responses, can put tickets at risk of being marked as duplicates.
  2. I will pass this on for staff to look at.

Thanks! I finally got a reply saying they sent an ups label for me to print off and send back but I can’t find the label now from ups. I checked my junk folder.

You can ask them to send it again to a different email address.

I’m getting a reply and it’s been 48 hours. I’ve never had customer service like this. I’ve tried calling and the hold time says 45 min.

Sorry for the frustration. If you don’t hear back from them by Monday, send me a private message where you’d like the return label sent and I’ll ping customer service.
