Misleading info about the product. Yes you can charge your cellphone or any USB device, its written in the description.

I just wanted to mention that I bought a similar product here on woot, and it really saved my bacon.
I was able to jumpstart my car for several days of driving around until I could get it in to get the battery replaced. They’re small, they’re lithium-ion, they hold max charge for months+ - I had had mine sitting in my car about a year before I had to use it and when I pulled it out it was still at 100%.
Also super-easy to use.
