Isn’t “Noise Cancelling Ear Plugs” kinda redundant? I mean, we can assume that “ear plugs” are for the purposes of cancellation of the noise, right? Were they ear plugs that moisturize or ear plugs that vibrate then, sure, mention that, but “Noise Cancelling Ear Plugs” is like “pizza pie” or “tuna fish.”
Probably calling out “Noise Cancelling” vs “Noise Reduction”. 
Noise canceling typically refers to actively sending the opposite sound waves to counter the noise you’re trying to cancel. These aren’t that. These block noise bit don’t cancel Jack squat.
Looks like that lady might be canceling her cat while she sleeps. She can’t hear it struggling to breathe because she has it in a choke hold.
As chazzman astuely points out, these are NOT NOISE CANCELLING. The title is really fraudulent. Woot staff should be more truthful … its not absurd enough to be parody!
It’s garbage. I thought because it was “noise cancelling” that they were ear buds but they are just a cheap pair of ear plugs. Not worth a dime. I paid expedited shipping on 3 pairs so I ended up paying $111 for 3 pairs of garbage quality ear plugs. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever been sucked into in my life.

Return them?
I found these to be useless. I tried more than one size of tip and they just wouldn’t stay put. There’s so little to hold on to that it’s challenging to get them in (and out).
Would not recommend.
I have asked to return them 3 times and I just get the following canned AI response…
