Yo, @wootbot I ordered this and it said it would arrive on April 9th. It did not show up, I contacted support and they said, “No problem we have tons in stock, I will cancel/re-add and get that to you by the 17th.” Then it never changed shipping info and last night I asked for an update and the rep said they would get back to me in 24 hours. Now my order is cancelled? I did not want to cancel, I really wanted the item. HELP!
Hello. Unfortunately, this is one of those large items that Amazon sometimes doesn’t like to ship for unspecified reasons. Literally, unspecified reasons. Best guess is there may be none near you and it would take a week or two to freight it to your location.
I’m sorry. Wish we had more control over these things.
I got the same answer. Arriving by 9th, contacted support and they said you will receive in 3 days. 5 days later still crickets.
