I recently purchased this rower and it arrived but I can’t use it because come to find out that there is an active recall on this model.
I reached out to Woot’s Customer Service a week ago and have been waiting to see if anyone will call me back, but nothing yet.
They are probably still looking into it, but in the meantime have you tried contacting the manufacturer directly? Check the manufacturer site & make sure its the same model # thats recalled.

Before I reached out to customer service I did check the model number and was able to verify that the rowing machine is one of the recalled units.
