Voltage says 230. Is this for use in the U.S. since we are 110/120?
There are Vitamix sellers online who recommend NutriBullet over Ninja (or anything not Vita) if you want a good blender but not yet going all in for the Vitamix yet.

Seriously, w00t! I was supposed to receive 13 parts. All I got was the base one cup and one handle. Really surprised at you guys.
Same here. Woot will say it’s the vendor’s fault, but I’m pretty disappointed that there isn’t better vetting on Woot’s part.
I’m sure my choice will be a small discount or send it back…blarg.
