Ordered 2 PROBLEMS seems norm with woot.

Have used countertop induction off and on
Have duxtop that have used extensively though hidden somewhere in storage.

Comes in brown box, have seen nuwave flex never seen in other than a descriptive picture box as one would see products on a store shelf.

1st tried clicking start, which is supposed to default to. 375 and actually start just beeped and flashed lights then nothing same went for hitting medium high, high and max sear
Low med low and med all displayed temp and hitting Start, they started.

After several attempts and looking for user manual, now the start, med high high and max sear all say sear

Also the surface of display had some wrinkles where it was bubbled and very noticeable at edges where moisture could easily penetrate.

Got out second one and appears to function normally.

And paying to a ton to ship back something listed as new that was not, something damaged or defective, or wrong item etc is not valid.

1st tried of 2 is missing some contents as well
Left what was in defective, no manual and right what was in 2nd

You have to email. And you wait 1day to five or more for a response.
And they demand you pay for return shipping and believe imply insurance needed to.
Neither is ok


Yeah, it’s under $30 so probably doesn’t work.

NO ORDERS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
I have orders with no hazmat (battery or other) items that are over $50 by themselves within 20 days so that IS NOT THE ISSUE.
That has not been the issue for at least several months and would presume more.

I am also still having major issues with CS on the $1300 canyon ebike that is missing parts among other issues and seems at minimum to have been a customer return and at maximum a refurbished. They have been completely ignoring the specifics lately and, for example it’s been six days since I sent last message with request for a supervisor/ elevation and have heard nothing.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, that error. Sorry. Read to fast. I think we know the issue for this. Let me get with the devs.
