Hello. We’re having trouble getting messages from Amazon on shipments and the like. I see one shipped (arriving 12/15). One did not and is showing an error. Probably worth reach out to customer service.

I emailed them a week ago, heard back finally on Thursday and they said to keep waiting lol.
