Plenty of similar kits on Amazon for less, some of which include more items.
In regards to these types of products in general, they work really well. I’ve patched three tires and all of them have held up. Not one has failed! I do recommend doing this at home and taking the tire off. You could do this on the side of the road but reaming the puncture does take some muscle and probably wouldn’t be safe with cars speeding by.
