Wow! Made me log in to Amazon again, then do the letter number code. Yeesh! Never have to do this other than during a Woot Off it seems. No dry hand cream for me today.
Mine makes me confirm my shipping address after logging in with amazon and then it takes me to a page that says it’s confirming my address and it freezes and glitches
@JenniSays are you using Google Chrome? Late last week, I started getting “Server Error” whenever I’m using Chrome. I had to switch to Firefox to do anything on Woot.
Ditto. By the time I logged in again, it was gone.
For those of you getting errors,
Amazon does require you to log in for purchases much like on their own site. Unfortunately, we don’t control this. We are aware of it and looking for better solutions for the future.
If Desktop (Browser), pls try clearing cookies for Amazon & Woot. If that doesn’t work, please provide more information:
- OS & version

- The error and when it happens. Ways to reproduce are great.
If on the Woot! App: Try restarting the app a couple times (swipe up to close and remove from memory). This forces an update if there is one. If that doesn’t work, pls provide more info:

Thank you, @ThunderThighs! I wasn’t having any problems with Amazon, so I cleared all of the Woot cookies (there were quite a few) and that fixed my problem.
