I picked mine up immediately when it was delivered and it was already melted. UPS must not use a/c in their trucks at all.
I must have had the same driver. My Almond Bark came as ready to eat fondue in a bag.
Completely liquid and ruined for me.
Same here, except two packages of melted goo. Customer service contacted.
