Sooo what’s everyone’s experience with this? What have you gotten and was it worth the price? Asking for a friend.

I personally get them when I can. Not the super expensive things, I don’t need more kitchen appliances or laptops, but I get the cheap to mid-cheap items. I tend to donate or gift the items I receive, but I have kept a few. One in particular was a set of tools in a fold up case. We keep those in the house and use them frequently. Another if I remember right was a Dewalt power tool, I think a reciprocating saw? I can’t remember for sure, it is at our summer home.

Just so you know, you don’t really have time to read the description and make a clear decision. They sell out so damned fast, you just hope for the best and don’t buy over your means. lol

I too have participated and did get some items from previous events. I found that one of my high ticket items I remember is a power scooter and to this day I seldom use it. Our daughter is starting to get better at riding her bike so obviously it will come in handy on bike rides.

Now, I found the price paid is usually 2-5% lower than previous offerings meaning. Lowest prices are said to be done during Woot Off events. Well OMG prices are supposed to even lower those prices likely with exceptions. I believe those exceptions are items that are very demanding and sell out quickly are still going to be listed at the lowest threshold price available yet won’t beat a woot off or prior price. This is my experience on the scooter since I saw it for $15 more a few weeks later during a clearance event sale.

Again, a savings is a savings and as Linda said the items sell out fast! These events are geared to irrational decisions so don’t think and just purchase items you may or may not be able to afford! Also, you won’t be able to return unless found defective upon delivery so definitely only submit payment if you can are willing to live with your spontaneous purchase.
