These are decent little fans overall. The lithium ion battery is removable (in fact, you have to install it), so you could perhaps replace it if/when it wears out.
The breeze isn’t bad since you keep the fan close to you. However, the angle is not adjustable.
The only other downside is that I’ve not gotten anywhere near 13 hours on the lowest speed–the best so far has been around 10. Sometimes lithium ion batteries need to go through a few charging cycles to reach maximum capacity, so this may improve. Or maybe not. Since they also run off USB chargers (including portable chargers), it doesn’t matter as much as it would if they only ran off their battery.
