I understand these coolers probably work FANTASTIC, between these, YETI, RTIC, whatever other brand which copies the exact design BUT what I don’t understand is:
Even if these are made with the HIGHEST grade materials, I feel they have to cost $20-$30 to make them, and yet some of these coolers sell for $400-$500. It just doens’t add up.
This is just my opinion on them, I am sure they work AMAZING, I just don’t see how the inflated price makes any sort of sense.

But you gotta order from their website unless you’ve got a Buc-ee’s somewhere around town. At least Buc-ee’s carries the tumblers now, but I don’t think RTIC coolers have hit there yet. But if anyone is interested in the RTIC 20oz. tumbler, I highly recommend that you order it along with the 20oz. handle. Perfect for smaller hands, I love it!!!

Bought a big one of these in April when they were on. Warped lid but ORCA said they would seal. Mine does NOT seal on the warped side.
Build quality is otherwise very nice. Very heavy which is made worse by the feet as you cannot easily drag the cooler around. Something you don’t appreciate until you have a cooler you cannot drag.
If it sealed I would say it was a great buy. But it doesn’t so it was a disappointment.
Also, the dark green gets REALLY REALLY hot in the sun. Like REALLY hot.

A warped lid sounds like a defect instead of a blemish. You may want to seek a free replacement lid…I would keep hounding them.
