Order Damaged on Arrival, Missing Components

I received my order and the shipping carton had gaping holes and visible damage. The treadmill itself arrived with chipped/broken parts, and the following items were outside the box: owner’s manual, remote control, and power supply ziploc out of the carton.

I’ve made multiple attempts to reach Woot Customer Service via the support portal but have received no acknowledgment or response. The phone option on the support page is greyed out, and the email form does not allow photo attachments.

I’m asking for a replacement unit or a full refund of $166.99. I have also opened disputes with Amazon Pay and my credit card issuer documenting the damage and missing components.

I’m hoping Woot staff can step in and make this right. Happy to provide any additional documentation needed. Thank you.

Hello. I’m very sorry about the damage. Looks like it arrived yesterday. Please allow 24-48 hours for customer service to respond.
