order didn't receive

Hello, I placed an order on Woot.com for two Dyson vacuums. The status shows that the order has been delivered, but I never received it. please helo me

Hi there. Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.


Amazon told me reached back to woot they cannot do anything since order was placed under woot.com this is getting very frustrating no one is willing to help me. I freaking spend almost 900$ it’s not a small amount

Please reach out to Woot customer service as directed by @ThunderThighs.

They will gladly help, but only if you contact them.

Woot and Amazon have different systems.
