These are amazing. They do not need to be in “line of sight”. They work through thick wooden or glass door. I did not expect them to be this good.
How water resistant are these? Light or can make it through indirect rain fall?
The second 4 in the IP44 rating means that it would be protected from water “splashing from any direction.” Basically they lightly spray the thing for 10 minutes and if it works after that, it gets that rating. I think that would qualify as rainproof, especially indirectly rainproof.
Is the IP Rating supposed to be IP44 or IPX4? I’ve never seen a 3 digit IP code like IPX44.

Major bummer. I ordered one, was excited to receive it, but it came with an open package and NO remote. Yes, Woot refunded, but I keep hoping to see it on Woot again.
