Seems to be a mix up - those seem to be Portuguese sizing.

Size 4, already here Tues.
My little guy loves them. He’s 2 1/2yrs, so pulled over his diaper, for now.
I finished making a paw patrol quilt at bedtime Tues night.
He is sleeping in a paw patrol bed, paw patrol sheets, at Nana’s and Papa’s!
