Payment Stuck Processing

Hi,

I’ve been trying to get the " Little Giant Velocity 22’ with Wheels Multi-Purpose Ladder" deal for the past couple of days. I initially purchased it (via Amazon Pay) with my Credit Card. I was redirected to the processing page and it was stuck there. About 24hrs later I was notified that my order was Denied (Even though my CC approved the charge and Woot refunded/voided it). I then tried re-purchasing it with my Debit card but it’s once again been processing for quite awhile (almost 24hrs). Any ideas why this might be happening?

Don’t want to miss out on this deal!

I’m not sure, but let me tag @lioncow and maybe she’ll know.

One thing to check is make sure your address on file matches the address on your card.

Thanks! I went into my Woot account and added Shipping and Payment info (It never asked me to before because the item was Amazon Pay only). I then went and ordered it again and this time I think it went through. The processing page was only up for a few seconds and then I got the order confirmed and my CC was charged immediately. Maybe some Woot bug where checkout fails if you don’t have a shipping address directly tied to your account?

You should get an order confirmation in your email and it’ll show up in your order history too.

Thanks Pepper for tagging me! According to CS, your most recent purchase has gone through and passed all fraud checks - so you should be good to go. You should receive the order confirmation email shortly.
