Was easy install , works better than unit I bought 2 years that was a 12000 BTU. FOR HALF THE PRICE. has a swing option on the vent. GREAT.

Where does it dump heat? There has to be an exchanger somewhere.

Not everyone is in a place where they can use box style in window AC’s. I have 6 units, 2 of this style, the others with dual hose, all using these, and with the above on the hose, my Flir camera confirms the heat is going out the window and not into the room
