According to at least one review this is one of those that can injure or kill a cat because it will run with cats inside. There’s even video of it when the review so it’s not like Amazon doesn’t know about the issue. This issue is fairly well documented across multiple examples of this style of box, specifically from Chinese vendors.
Stick to known brands that have been around for a while and that can’t close and trap your cat.
Very disappointed to see that Woot continues to list this style of litter box.
I’ve been using the Petsnowy Automatic Cat Litter Box for a few weeks now, and it’s been a game-changer! It’s super easy to clean and my cat took to it right away. The odor control is fantastic, and it makes maintaining a clean litter box much less of a hassle. Highly recommend it to fellow cat owners!
I’ve had mine for 2 years and it’s been great! Got it before Amazon had it or anything. Has not tried to kill my cats or anything. If you follow the weight information and all their directions, you shouldn’t have an issue. Not saying things don’t possibly occur, but nothing bad has happened to me (yet 
).
