Am I missing something.
These are $35.
That’s 4 bulbs for $70.
The other offer has a 4 pack for $73.
I couldn’t see anything different between them (both appear to be the dimming kind).

and
this: Philips Hue White Ambience Bulb (4-Pack) (4pack)

I don’t see much of a difference but the specs in the 4-Pack list a 2 year warranty. I would assume that was just cut and pasted from Amazon or elsewhere and they only come with the 90 day warranty in the item description.

So, no, I don’t see a difference between the two.
