Same here. I will be requesting a return or replacement. Very disappointing Woot!
Happened with the a30 starter pack too
Unfortunately, the bulbs delivered are (clearly marked as) white ambiance, not the color ambiance version as advertised. I bought 12 of them for a project that is now delayed. Very disappointing.
I am also pretty sure that in the original listing it did not say refurbished, it said ‘New’, and is was a combination listing of either getting a 4 pack of white ambiance at $26 or a 2 pack of color ambiance for $22.
Same here- Got the wrong bulbs. Sad town.
Quite frankly, this is aggravating.
Because, if a good deal is not a good deal but you feel like you are being taken advantage of or mislead or it was deemed ‘acceptable’ that you are getting the wrong, I.e. an inferior product from what was offered, this taints not only this particular experience, but the entire brand of this Amazon company.
I ordered 6 pcs of these 2packs of hue ambiance and color bulbs.
It took more than a week befor it got shipped and somebody packed 6 packs of the wrong type (they were even in different packaging coming from different ‘refurbishers’, you can not help but this wasn’t a mistake in picking or the wrong box just landed in the wrong bin.
If you then see that you are not the only one but it happens to several people, this definitely is not a ‘mistake’ .
I am looking forward to the response from the customer service team, how they propose to rectify this.
My feeling is: shrugging and a simple: ‘here is your RMA’.
Which is not addressing the issue by either ignoring it or accepting that this is part of the model/ business practice.
Can’t wait to hear…
