I just received my order and it is the only 250-light version - not the one I ordered with 500 lights!!

Does anyone else have this issue?

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Hi, I received my order today, they all are 250 light sets and they also have a sticker on them that says for indoor use only despite showing on woot.com that they are for indoor outdoor use. It also says this on Phillips hue website.

Same issue here, the UPC for the 250 LED matches the product code shown on the listing so looks like everyone is gonna be upset.

Hi there. Looks like this is a mass issue. You should be getting an email from CS later.

Just saw the email from CS after receiving my order today and noticing the same as above.

However, I don’t think CS realizes that not only are the lights which were shipped 250ct vs 500ct, they are also actually the 1st generation lights vs the 2nd gen which are shown in the listing.

The box is entirely different than what is shown in the listing, which is the 2nd gen box. They are not rated for outdoors as the 2nd gen were supposed to be, they PSU is 32W vs 30W as the 2nd gen were to be.

While I appreciate CS responding with a partial refund, the amount is going to be insufficient for all purchasers when they realize they received the wrong count AND generation of lights. Hopefully this can be resolved without us all having to return our boxes.
