Is this really gen 2? Googled around and I think the pic shows gen 1, Specs also says “Philips Hue 473371 Smart Dimmer Switch with Remote, White” indicating gen1, but Features tab says "WHAT’S IN THE BOX - Includes one latest model (V2) "

Looks like better add $3 and get brand new gen 2 from amazon/best buy…
I have some of both gen1 and gen2 smart dimmer switches in my home, and the functionality is essentially the same - the only real difference is the appearance of the buttons, which did improve both with more intuitive sizing, and labels.
That said, I’m not sure that I would care much to lean either direction; Once you use them, you just know what the button and function are as you programmed them. What the label looks like is not a big deal to me. But the price difference for a new one might be worth it for some.
Vendor confirmed that these are Gen 2.
