After selecting the 4-pack of the White LED smart bulb and adding it to the cart, the description in the cart says “Philips Hue White 2-pack LED Smart Bulb” for $29.99 as shown in attached image
Is this a typo? The drop down on the listing page seems to make us believe we are getting a 4-pack of these bulbs for $29.99 but the description in the cart is confusing.
Would appreciate clarification on how many bulbs are included for $29.99.

Yeah, that’s because the title is confusing on the sale. The bulbs come as a 2-pack (two per box). Here’s what it is in the backend:
You’ll get 4 bulbs.
