Do i have to duck tape this to the top of my TV to “recieve” the best signal?

No but you’ll need to attach a metal coat hanger to it to improve the signal.

And then wrap that in tin foil!

Bummer! I just bought two of these for $11 each on the 23rd – – I think that was during the Woot off. They arrived, but I haven’t taken them out of the box yet.
