First time writing on Woot - woot?
Got this one as I really like to grill things but I don’t want the smoke.
For me it is perfect.
I grilled fish, chicken, peppers, asparagus, eggplants to make baba ganoush, burgers, zucchini.
Did not grill steak yet.
What surprised me is that all ended up better than when I used my stovetop cast iron grill.
The asparagus was perfect, not mushy like when I get it in the oven.
The meats were still keeping their juices…
And smoke, it is not completely no smoke, but there is absolutely no comparison to a stovetop cast iron grill - with this one there is no burning so the smoke is more like steam.
