It appears support contact by phone is gone and now only communication by email. THIS SUCKS! I have questions about issues that I don’t have time to sit around and wait for a reply. BRING BACK PHONE SUPPORT!!!
Hi there. Sorry the phone support sucks. We’re working on a system upgrade that will hopefully help but it’s a couple months away. The CS reps are good at responding to email though.
I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and now the tracking shows my item was damaged during shipping and is going back to the sender. I didn’t even see the item delivered. I noticed the item I have ordered is now sold out. Will I be able to get a replacement?

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
