I have not used this brand, but we’ve been using nearly identical fly fans for our backyard parties for a couple of summers now. These fly fans work pretty well for flies as long as they are close to the food, but the yellow jackets laugh at them and go for your food anyway. That said, they nearly eliminate the fly problem so they are worth it.
