How long can these be stored in the refrigerator before use?
Point Reyes makes some great cheeses. Count me in.
Original Blue and Bay Blue will last a couple weeks once it is open from its original wrapper. Toma will last 4 weeks - however, once you open it you will not be able to stop yourself from snacking on it and it will be half gone before you get a chance to cook with it! Trust us- we’re talking from experience

I asked a similar question two days ago, but made the mistake of contacting Point Reyes folks directly from their website. Sent two e-mails. No response. Too bad. Was sitting down just now to see if there was any left here. Sadly, no. Wish someone had responded to me. Wanted to partake in this but could not buy that quantity without knowing more about refrigeration time.
