Bought as “New-Open Box”. Had a sticker signed by Woot employee that it had been inspected. Removed top of box and found part was broken in half. Had bought a cushion from Amazon to match. Both were returned. IMO…item was originally broken. Returned and sold as “New-Open Box” but not fully inspected. So I get sent a package that should have never been for sale! Cost me a trip to UPS and lugging a 45# chair around to get my money back. Y’all should be batter than this!
