Growing Fungi? Mushes? In tray and or flow boxex? A must, Best way to avoid contamination… keep skin dust and hair from your face body and clothes from getting on the substrate. Tric sets in fast opens door for myriad of other bacteria that can decimate the bed in days. If you want super clean pops and want to achieve 4 good (FoS Covers) via wash runs/dunks, AND GO TO 5th and even 6th washes/dunks which usually pop sparce groups of THE most MASSIVE mushes youll get from the bed . With the biggest best growth, bacteria avoidance is a must. And bacteria is all over us all the time. Most is good for us but not for your beloved mycelium… soo keep your substrate clean. Also dont expose the substrate so often. With a zip suit and Gas mask you have seperated your contaminates from the beds, so all you gotta do is keep their nursery/room 3 micron HEPA clean Flow Box, UV Steralized (O Zone timed room sterilization is also a good idea especiallybefore you start air exchanging in the bed). DEFFINATELY WORTH IT if your making mycelium/spore syringes or Jars (Reccomend Jars with brown sugar water microwaved then lid sealed with injection port of silicon once injected detach needle but leave it stuck through port and stuff the plastic luer lock with sterile stuffed animal filling. Never buy spore/mycelium syringes or Spore prints again.
