Bags of crap are often sold during Woot-Offs (usually once a month), and during special events such as the upcoming Holiday Survival Guide 2022 which will run between Nov. 20 and Nov. 30. It looks there will be several chances to buy one during that time.
Also, Woot has an Android/iOS app where they sometimes sell BOCs on Saturday via their app game (starts at Midnight Central time and sells out very quickly so be there on time).
They also occasionally sell BOCs via Woot’s Twitter or via a Pointless Push in the Woot app (you have to enable the Pointless Pushes manually in the notifications in the app). It doesn’t always happen, though.
