And this weird digital blue cammo thing. It’s a couple feet long but only an inch or so wide and it feels like there is a handful of plastic pellets in it. I have no ideas!

It’s a neck cooler. Get it wet, it will puff up and keep you cool. I got one too but mine was in the package

So, what happens when UPS says “oh, yeah, um, we totally delivered that package. Here’s a digital form that proves it” and I’m like, “I never received the package. I have a security camera. No delivery. I can prove you didn’t deliver it.” UPS: “but our digital form says otherwise. Claim on a lost item is denied.”
