At first i thought “POOR” means of transport…not speaking French or using logic to try and figure it out for myself…haha
nice shirt but…i’m a car/truck/vehicle nut and I can say with fair certainty that the only ‘exciting’ vehicle on this shirt is the bullet train…all the others look slow and dated. (not that dated is bad…but fast dated cars are better)
oh well. if i had or liked those types of cars or had a vespa or lived in a country that had those other vehicles…maybe.
ick, gray! me no likey! it’s like the only good shirts lately are from the derbies and even those are sometimes not so good. ah the good ol days of sweet t-shirts when i had no monies and just drempt of being a wooter and the stuff i would someday buy…

Jaden, why are you questioning people’s color pallettes and shirt color’s? You’ve been doing it a lot lately and it’s really uncool. Espcially on a printed shirt it’s really not cool.

How can you pick one person out of 11 or so that either insulted or critiqued this shirt and not address the others?
Topic was too broad to cover without it being busy.
Would be cooler if it was famous movie or TV transportations through time…DeLorian (Back to the Future), train (Back to the Future 3), toaster (The Simpsons), phone booth, etc. Maybe with a spear effect (Donnie Darko) or flames to bring it all together.

No text, of course.

topic? As in a derby? This is a daily submission. They designed it themselves and entered it in as a submission separately from any contest. Different transportation options as a whole, I think it’s fine.

topic of the t shirt itself…a general category of modes of transportation.

topic of the t shirt itself.

I believe we’ll have to agree to disagree. I like the different options of travel. It’s a good representation of the different forms of transit outside of the US. Compact cars, vespas, vans, subways, and speed trains (I could ask for a bus, but the theme is really strong even if it’s lacking the one transportation style.) I get the concept really well and it does have that aire of European travel.
edit:
and I was being facetious.

I actually thought it was a serious critique. I didn’t realize it was wholly jocular.

most Americans don’t like bicyclists, like my drivers ed teacher said they were “10 points”.
I would buy it, but have to many gray shirts.
That sucks, I wish there was a sweet bike on that T. I bike daily and it would have made it even better. I still like it though
hmmmm… I’m gonna have to get this one (Being half French)… My family wasn’t so pleased when the French based shirt I got that said, “Paris really sucks this time of year”

Is it just me and my Windows XP, or has anyone else experienced the graphics on the woot shirts being truncated when you click on the picture for a larger view?
Frequently I’m only seeing the top 50% or less of the design on the enlarged view…

Happens on my Mac running Tiger, as well. I simply close the window, re-open, and – voila!
I like the sketch quality of today’s shirt, but not for me. Neat idea, though!
Congrats cheese!!! I wish woot carried children’s sizes because this would be perfect for my wheel-crazy nephews. The big guy I live with (mjcDH) would probably not appreciate le francais sur cette chemise. Il refuse a parler en francais! Zut.

I so disagree with you. Jaden’s comments are always polite and in the spirit of everyone learning something.

Are you using Firefox? I used to get that until I went to Tools > Options (or Edit > Preferences on Linux, maybe Mac too), go to the Content page, then click the Advanced button next to the Enable Javascript checkbox. Then make sure the checkbox next to “Move or resize existing Windows” is checked.

yeah, I guess it has an “aire of European travel” (which may also be why I like it… haven’t been, and would love to!) especially with the French writing, but it also has my American college life down fairly well with the car, Chicago “L” and Metra (ok, not exactly bullet train, but faster than the “L”), and much to w00t’s chagrin, their bus looks like a Winnebago!
