Who has that many cordless power drills? 
“Power Users.”
Many of the rest of the tools maintain this form factor. Heat guns, flashlights, sawzall, oscillating tool, angle grinder, cable cutting tool, and others very quickly fill that rack. Just between drills and impact guns I have 5, almost filling that portion before adding in other cordless tools. I’d need two to three of those to hold everything cordless I have, and that’s not a lot compared to many have.
